We offer a range of care services rooted in ancient Chinese traditions, with the aim of balancing the body’s energy, promoting recovery, and enhancing overall well-being. Our professional team integrates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and is comprised of experienced therapists who provide various services, including shoulder, neck, and upper back massage, full-body massage.
Chinese massage has a long history. People instinctively massaged areas of pain when they experienced injuries during labor, noticing a reduction or disappearance of pain. Through extended practice, the therapeutic effects of massage were recognized, evolving into a conscious medical activity and eventually developing into the discipline of Chinese massage therapy. Our skilled therapists employ eight techniques, including pressing, rubbing, pushing, grasping, kneading, pinching, vibrating, and striking. This massage not only relaxes muscles, clears meridians and lymphatic pathways, and relaxes the mind but also enhances the harmonious flow of vital energy, thereby improving the body’s resistance.
Indications: Postoperative rehabilitation, sprains, joint dislocations, lumbar muscle strain, muscle atrophy, migraine, tension headaches, trigeminal neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia, sciatica, sciatic nerve pain, lumbar and back nerve pain, joint pain in limbs (including shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, finger/toe joints), calf muscle spasms. Muscle pain in shoulders, back, waist, knees, etc., caused by rheumatism. Acute or chronic rheumatoid arthritis, synovial bursitis, and other conditions.
Meridian Head Therapy uses a special technique with acupressure on head acupuncture points, herbal oils, and a traditional buffalo horn comb. It promotes scalp health and cares for your hair. The herbal oils, like ginger, rosemary, cypress leaf, and castor oil, nourish, regenerate, and soothe the scalp. It brings quick relaxation, helps with insomnia and anxiety, improves sleep, and relieves headaches. You can also add a neck and shoulder massage to your session.
Our herbal medicine massage combines traditional meridian massage techniques to relieve muscle stiffness or pain. Paired with herbal essential oils, it promotes the balance of Qi and blood, aiding in recovery and restoration. Different combinations of herbal essential oils can offer benefits such as preventing colds, relieving pain, treating bruises, or alleviating skin inflammation.
Chinese meridian sports massage aims to recover from post-exercise injuries and lactic acid buildup, promoting overall health and athletic performance. By using techniques such as pushing, grasping, lifting, and pinching, it deeply stimulates specific body areas, improving blood circulation and promoting muscle relaxation and repair. Utilizing vacuum cupping tools to create negative pressure on the skin, it increases local blood flow and reduces muscle and joint pain and inflammation. Additionally, scraping the skin with a Gua Sha tool promotes blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, alleviating muscle tension and fatigue.
Mud moxibustion is a therapeutic method that involves applying heat and stimulation to specific parts of the body using mud medicine to treat and prevent diseases. It combines traditional wax moxibustion with a mixture of over ten Chinese herbal powders including mineral mud, saffron, snow lotus flower, Chinese angelica, Szechuan lovage rhizome, vine stem, eucommia bark, mistletoe, achyranthes, and achyranthes. Its flexibility allows it to be applied to any part of the body, delivering fast and effective results. Mud moxibustion has multiple benefits such as promoting blood circulation, reducing inflammation, and dispelling wind and dampness, effectively clearing the body’s meridians and expelling pathogenic factors to achieve rapid healing of stubborn ailments.
By stimulating the acupuncture points, it activates the body’s meridians, mobilizes the meridians, and thus promotes the smooth flow of qi and blood in the body. It regulates the balance of yin and yang and has a holistic effect. Moxibustion is suitable for those who often feel cold all over their body or in certain parts, such as cold hands and feet, or a cold sensation in the shoulders and back. By conducting heat, it delivers the energy and medicinal effects directly to the cold areas of the body.
